Advanced Feature Set 
The SRX800 Series’ powerful onboard 400MHz Sharc DSP puts an extraordinary amount of control at your fingertips. 20 Parametric EQ's ensure accurate tonal and feedback control in even the harshest and most difficult environments. Perfect time alignment is achieved with up to 2 full seconds of available delay. Aiding in tuning the system to the room is an onboard signal generator that can output pink noise, white noise or pure sine waves. Pro features like 96kHZ FIR filters, LevelMaxTM Limiting (to protect your components and extends their life), input mixing and amplifier monitoring separate the JBL SRX835P from the rest of the pack. Users of JBL’s V5 and flagship Vertec and VTX touring system will be happy to find tunings for these models among the 50 user-definable presets – all viewable on the large integrated LCD screen or by accessing Studio Architect or the stand-alone SRX Connect Mobile App. 

Newly Designed Transducers 
Born out of a challenge to the JBL global team of engineers to design the best transducer possible at this price point, the new SRX 800 Series features JBL’s patented Differential Drive® Technology ferrite drivers. Their 3" voice coils, increased power handling capability, and lower mass ferrite magnets for reduced weight produce remarkably low distortion with extended low frequency response. Loaded with JBL’s 2432H - the only neodymium 3" voice coil compression driver in its class - and a JBL-patented midrange section that combines the structural support, acoustic cavity and heat sink into a single piece, the SRX835P generates high SPLs while maintaining smooth, clear sound over a frequency range of 41 Hz - 20 kHz with plenty of firepower to produce a max SPL of 137 dB. 

Crown DriveCore Power 
Driven by Crown’s proprietary front-end DriveCore technology, the JBL SRX835P is fueled by a massive 2000 watts of lightweight Class-D power. The impressive 103dB signal-to-noise ratio is notable given the remarkable amount of SPL this speaker can produce - and with the abundance of available power, headroom is in no short supply. JBL’s strenuous 100-hour power test ensures that the DriveCore amplifier will live up to JBL’s renowned reliability standards. 

Back Panel Flexibility 
Each of the two Mic or Line selectable channels features a balanced XLR-1/4" TRS combination input, a direct out, and an encoder to control the gain. A master encoder controls overall gain and feeds an additional XLR output. The power button sits alongside the large LED screen used for programming and preset selection. There’s also a standard Ethernet connector for hard-wired interfacing with external controllers. The Glow in the Dark panel ink is a nice touch.
 
HiQnet Network Control 
The fully integrated HiQnet Network allows for quick and easy configuration of your system. Choose between a wired connection via Neutrik Ethercon connector, or use a third-party wireless router for controlling the SRX835P via Audio Architect, HiQnet Motion ControlTM iOS app, or iOS and Android apps.
